This is a great style of quilt for using up those big chunky scraps - it goes together fast and easy and is perfect for a newbie quilter and the best thing - you don't even have to have a pattern! Just build your own big old log cabin block et voila!!
I used some prized Heather Ross Dreambikes for this baby quilt - along with some other treasured fabrics I have:
I chose to do really itsy bitsy stippling on this quilt - but I think the design also lends itself perfectly to straight line quilting.
I opted for pink polkadots on the bag, because seriously, you can never go wrong with polkadots huh?
Great job on the quilts. Stippling is something I've never quite mastered. I hope you get them all finished.
