I think its one of the most heavenly combinations - raspberries and dark dark chocolate. So when I got hold of some cheap raspberries recently, I wanted to try something new with them. I froze them individually on a baking sheet and after a few hours, I dunked them individually into melted dark chocolate and put them back in the freezer.
The results? Wow

The frozen raspberries keep their shape in the melted chocolate and cause the chocolate to harden very quickly. Making coating them super quick and easy.
They are quite Divine.
